n an exceptional location, on a beautiful plot near the lake in Konstanz, a superior class 5-star health resort is being constructed, with 108 rooms and suites and 20 rooms for athletes. The construction project is divided into two sections: a massive underground garage and a massive ground floor.
The following floors, from one to five, will be constructed using a timber construction system. Here, only the three stair towers will be made of reinforced concrete.
The basement and ground floor will be entirely built of massive reinforced concrete. The supporting structure is based on approximately 800 ductile reinforced concrete piles, covered by a 50 cm thick reinforced concrete base slab. In the basement, multiple double parking spaces and a generous SPA area will be created.
The tall administrative building located in the former Telekom area of Konstanz Petershausen is set to be transformed into luxury apartments. For this purpose, new balconies will be added on the east and west sides, and a fire lift will be installed within the slightly modified existing elevator shaft. On the north and east sides, a new underground garage will be constructed at the first basement level (1.UG). The currently existing underground shelter will be demolished.

Robert Bosch GmbH intends to build a new 200 mm wafer factory at the existing location in Reutlingen, with approximately 3,600 m² of clean room production area, plus the adjacent spaces necessary for operation, as well as supply and disposal facilities. The expansion includes an additional technical building, as well as the necessary connections via a pipe rack and a separate link or articulation tower.
